Delivery Time
● Shipping times might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. The current average shipping time to the world is about 7-15 days. If your order includes many products, we can split it based on whether they are in stock or not. We can separate mixed products and dispatch them before the expected shipping period.

Shipping Services
We have many cooperative express companies, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. We will choose the most suitable mode of transportation for you according to your country. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. For orders from areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, or the central mountainous regions, delivery time will be slightly longer.
Shipping Fee
- United States: Free Shipping on orders over $59 or flat shippig rate $7.9 ( NOTE: Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, Marshall Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico Not Included)
The P.O Box addresses are not deliverable, please do not provide P.O Box address.
- Additional Shipping Fee for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico
Due to shipping channel limitations and U.S. import duties, an additional shipping fee is required for orders delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. This fee includes prepaid customs duties.
- We offer free shipping on most orders of $59 or more. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee will be shown on the address-filing page once the order is settled.
- Each country has its own set of rules, regulations, and taxes for importing. Tariff fees, and duty are NOT covered in the payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office directly.

Order Processing Time
All Orders Would Be Handled within 24-48 Hours( Custom Products Take 5-7 Business Days)
Any incorrect or incomplete information provided by you or your payment provider may delay order processing. You will be notified by email if we require more information to process your order.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is made. Our warehouse operates during standard business hours Monday through Sunday, except for national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.
Order Notification
After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing the waybill number. You can check your package shipment status on the track order page of Yeslak's official website.
Tracking Your Order
1. Log in to your Yeslak account and check “My Orders”
2. Find the tracking number in your shipping email and enter it on the Order Tracking page to check the shipping status of your product.
Package Inspection and Acceptance Procedure
Upon receipt of your Yeslak items, which are typically of significant value, it is imperative to examine the packaging thoroughly. Should you notice any chips or damage, refrain from accepting or opening the parcel. Under such circumstances, it is advised to promptly reach out to Yeslak Customer Support for assistance.
Once the product is accepted and signed for by you or an authorized representative on your behalf, it will be deemed as your acknowledgment of the package's condition, quantity, and contents. For the safeguarding of your interests, we strongly recommend recording a detailed video of the unboxing process and verifying the contents against the included packing list. In the event of any discrepancies, such as damaged or missing items, please contact Yeslak Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your package, enabling us to address the matter swiftly.
